Once you have fully completed the beginners course, you will have moved up in to this intermediate/advanced group, the training sessions will be from 8.15pm to 9.30pm. and then you will be able to train up to 3 times a week in this group. Tuesday and Thursday and also Saturday for the Filipino Weaponry.
This is phase two of training and we will be showing you how to blend the arts in to one flow depending on the range you are in.
The Kickboxing phase will be a blend of Chinese, Thai, Filipino and for good measure we will gradually include Locks, takes downs and close quarter combat techniques from the Kali Silat. plus Trapping and Hubud drills from the Phillipines.
This is when all arts become one and you get to flow from art to art without any thought
